our company updated the controlling system of corrugated pipe machine , during the production process, sometimes the client may find that the mould block easy to broken , the reason is that when the machine running , we need to push the forming machine , to make the die head and corrugated blocks together , the space between the die head and mould block is very thin , if the machine is not fasten on the floor , it will make the die head and mould block bump against each other ,for a long production time , the mould block maybe broken . 
our company now updated the controlling system , we added an alarming device , when the mould block bump against the die head , it will alarming , to let the operator know it ,and find out the problem to avoid the  mould block broken thing happend .
