This production line adopts our unique wood and plastic technology and formula. It can extrude wood-plastic plates with PP/PE+ wood powder. The WPC products are widely used in up-market car interior decoration materials for hotels, restaurants and environment venues.

This production line is mainly composed of conical twin-screw extruder, die head, three-roller calendaring machine, haul-off machine, cutting machine, material reversal stacker, etc. The three rollers adopt polishing roller or embossing roller according to customers’ requirements, and can be adjusted separately with speed frequency regulation. Besides, they are equipped with roller temperature controller. The production line also adopts edge-cutting device. According to different width and thickness of products, you can equip SJMS-65/132, SJMS-80/156 or SJMS-92/188 conical double screw extruders. The machine unit can be used to produce product width: 1000-2000mm, thickness: 2-15mm.
